Janitorial Services

American Servco is first and foremost a provider of janitorial services. When our company first opened its’ doors in 1995, we started by offering basic custodial services. These duties were varied but included: pulling trash, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, sanitizing, dusting, stripping and waxing, etc. In the ensuing years, we have expanded the scope of our operations greatly, and are now not only the masters of a host of the janitorial basics, but knowledgeable in a number of custodial specialties. We provide day cleaning custodial staffs, night janitorial crews, day porters, event cleaners and a variety of specialty cleaners.

While our first client was a building of less than 100,000 sq. ft., today we clean millions of sq. ft. in multiple buildings throughout the southeastern United States on a daily basis. We clean offices, stadiums, coliseums, arenas, government buildings, schools, medical facilities, book stores, athletic and event venues, industrial complexes, factories, classrooms, auditoriums, theaters, weight rooms, stables, construction sites, and much, much more. We perform virtually every janitorial task out there: we do it with efficiency, effectiveness, determination and pride--and we strive to do it at a reasonable price and better than our competitors.
