Medical Facilities

American Servco offers a wide range of janitorial services, including medical facilities. Obviously, medical buildings are particularly sensitive areas as the need for clean and sanitized spaces and facilities is paramount to the healing process. While ASI workers provide the basics in these buildings including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and dusting, we pay special attention to sanitizing and disinfecting. We are committed to making sure that the spaces for which we are responsible not only “look” clean, but “are” in fact sanitized and free from harmful germs and other hazardous agents. To this end, ASI has enhanced our study of how best to combat these hazardous elements through new technologies—such as UVC cleaning—and trained our workers to be knowledgeable in techniques and safety measures. We have also studied and implemented methods to avoid cross contamination, and we regularly attempt to make the environment safer for a buildings’ inhabitants through the use of green cleaning where appropriate.
