American Servco provides post-event janitorial services for both a professional football and professional baseball franchise. In1998, American Servco was awarded the contract to provide post event cleaning services for what was at the time the world’s largest cable-supported stadium—and the rest, as they say, is history. Since that time, we have focused much of our learning and development on the special requirements for athletic venue cleaning. Every year we clean for more than 9 professional football and 83 baseball home games—and as you might imagine, this means cleaning after tens of thousands of visitors in a single day! Our responsibilities are varied between the two structures we service, but we invariably are responsible for picking, sweeping, washing, and restoring the stadium seating area to its clean state. We also regularly provide cleaning services for concourses, ramps, offices, training rooms, clubhouses, offices, certain suites, and many other areas. Furthermore, we regularly offer assistance in providing additional manpower, in-game assistance, specialty services—such as stripping and waxing, and a range of other duties.
